RI offers a refurbishing service for semi-bulk bags that includes:
- light cleaning of bags;
- reattachment of discharge spout;
- repair of damaged bags.
RI reserves the right to discard any bags that are overly deteriorated or unfit for refurbishing.

For security reasons, RI can indicate with a marker, preferably on the straps, the number of uses of the bag.
